JP Euro is seeking a Porsche Master Technician to lead our specialized European automotive repair operations in North Pole, Fairbanks North Star. This is a full-time position perfect for an experienced Porsche technician looking to advance your career in a focused, performance-driven shop.
About the Role
As our Master Technician, you'll oversee the diagnosis, repair, and maintenance of Porsche vehicles with the precision these precision machines demand. You'll handle both routine service and complex mechanical work, mentoring junior technicians while maintaining the highest standards of workmanship that our clientele expects.
What You'll Do
- Diagnose and repair Porsche mechanical and electrical systems using factory specifications and advanced diagnostic tools
- Perform comprehensive maintenance including engine work, transmission service, brake systems, and suspension work
- Lead quality control and mentor junior technicians on European automotive best practices
- Manage work orders from intake through customer delivery, ensuring accurate documentation and timely completion
- Troubleshoot complex issues requiring deep Porsche expertise and problem-solving skills
- Stay current with manufacturer updates and evolving diagnostic technologies
What We're Looking For
- Proven track record working on Porsche vehicles—minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience
- ASE certification (L1 or higher) or equivalent formal automotive training
- Expert knowledge of Porsche mechanical systems, electrical architecture, and performance specifications
- Strong diagnostic reasoning and problem-solving abilities
