As Product Innovation & Growth Strategy Director, you'll lead the vision and execution of product innovation initiatives that advance our market position and customer value. What You'll Do

• Develop and communicate a compelling product innovation and growth strategy aligned with organizational objectives
• Lead cross-functional teams to identify, evaluate, and prioritize new product opportunities and market expansions
• Drive the full product lifecycle from concept through launch, ensuring alignment with customer needs and business goals
• Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer data to inform strategic decision-making
• Partner with executive leadership to secure resources and support for strategic initiatives
• Monitor key performance indicators and adjust strategy based on market feedback and results
