About the Role
As a Practical Nurse with Hackensack Meridian Health, you'll provide essential clinical care to our patients during evening shift hours. Working within our nursing teams in Edison, you'll contribute to improving patient outcomes while building meaningful professional relationships with colleagues across our Middlesex County healthcare network.
What You'll Do
- Deliver hands-on patient care under the direction of registered nurses and physicians
- Assess and monitor patient conditions, including vital signs and symptom changes
- Provide assistance with patient hygiene, comfort, and activities of daily living
- Document patient information accurately and maintain complete medical records
- Work collaboratively with nursing and clinical teams to support comprehensive patient care
- Respond attentively to patient requests and communicate effectively with all team members
- Uphold safety standards and infection control protocols in all patient interactions
What We're Looking For
- Current, unrestricted Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in New Jersey
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
