Join Charter School Associates as a 4th Grade Teacher at our Viera campus in Suntree. We're seeking an experienced educator ready to inspire elementary learners and build a classroom where every student thrives academically and socially during the 2025-2026 school year.

About the Role

This is a full-time teaching position focused on creating an inclusive, engaging learning environment where fourth-grade students develop critical thinking, academic confidence, and a love of learning. You'll lead core instruction in math, reading, language arts, and science while fostering a classroom culture rooted in respect, collaboration, and continuous growth.

What You'll Do

• Implement evidence-based instructional strategies and classroom management procedures that support high student achievement and active engagement
• Design and deliver grade-level appropriate lessons aligned to standards, differentiating instruction to meet diverse learner needs
• Build a positive, supportive classroom community where students feel safe, valued, and motivated to participate
• Assess student progress regularly and use data to inform teaching decisions and interventions
• Communicate effectively with families about student progress, expectations, and school events
• Collaborate with colleagues, support specialists, and leadership on curriculum, professional development, and student support
• Supervise students during transitions and non-instructional times
• Model professional excellence and contribute to the broader school mission

What We're Looking For

• Valid Florida teaching certificate or eligibility for 4th grade instruction
• Demonstrated expertise in elementary literacy and mathematics instruction
• Strong classroom management skills and commitment to inclusive, student-centered teaching
• Ability to create a welcoming environment where all students are engaged and supported
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Professional attitude, reliability, and passion for education
