About the Role

Certified Mobile Notary Service is seeking a dedicated At-Home Notary Public to work exclusively with U.S.-based clients, specializing in the notarization of real estate loan documentation. This full-time position offers the opportunity to deliver critical notarial services from a home-based office while building direct client relationships throughout the Las Vegas metropolitan area.

What You'll Do

• Notarize real estate loan documents with accuracy and compliance, ensuring all documents meet Nevada state notarial standards
• Work directly with clients to verify identities, explain notarization requirements, and execute notarial acts
• Maintain detailed records of all notarized documents and transactions in accordance with state law
• Communicate professionally with clients, lenders, title companies, and other real estate professionals to coordinate document execution
• Ensure all notarial certificates are completed properly and securely stored
• Stay current with Nevada notary public regulations and best practices

What We're Looking For

• U.S. citizenship (required)
• Active notary public commission in Nevada
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Reliable computer and high-speed internet connection
