Lahaina City Porsche Master Technician $50-$65 an hr – Relocation assistance

JP Euro is seeking an experienced Porsche Master Technician for our Lahaina, Maui location. This is a full-time role offering $50–$65 per hour based on experience, with relocation assistance available for qualified candidates.

About the Role

As a Porsche Master Technician at JP Euro, you'll lead diagnostic and repair work on high-performance European and exotic vehicles, with a primary focus on Porsche models. You'll work on complex mechanical and electrical systems, perform precision diagnostics, and deliver the level of expertise that discerning vehicle owners expect.

What You'll Do

• Execute comprehensive diagnostics and repairs on Porsche and other European sports cars
• Perform routine maintenance, engine work, transmission service, and brake system repairs
• Troubleshoot electrical and electronic issues using advanced diagnostic equipment
• Maintain detailed service records and communicate technical findings to customers
• Adhere to manufacturer specifications and safety protocols
• Mentor junior technicians and contribute to shop technical standards

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as a Porsche technician or equivalent master-level expertise with high-performance European vehicles
• ASE Master Technician certification or equivalent
• Fluency with modern diagnostic tools and scanning equipment
• Strong understanding of Porsche engine, transmission, and electrical systems
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Professional demeanor and customer service orientation
