About This Position

Your Responsibilities

• Perform hair services including cuts, styling, coloring, and treatments for all hair types and lengths
• Consult with clients to understand their hair goals and recommend appropriate services
• Maintain professional hygiene and sanitation standards in your workspace
• Build and retain client relationships through excellent service and professionalism
• Collaborate with salon team members to ensure smooth daily operations
• Stay updated with current styling trends and techniques in the industry

We're Seeking Stylists With

• Active cosmetology license or state certification in hair styling
• Experience with various hair types, lengths, and styling techniques (or strong foundational skills with commitment to professional growth)
• Genuine passion for client service and satisfaction
• Professional communication and interpersonal skills
• Dedication to maintaining industry standards and salon cleanliness
