AI/ML Strategist

Accenture Federal Services is hiring an AI/ML Strategist in Fort Myer, Arlington County. This full-time position offers the opportunity to shape how artificial intelligence and machine learning drive mission-critical outcomes across US federal government agencies in defense, national security, public safety, and military health.

About the Role

As an AI/ML Strategist, you will develop and implement advanced technology strategies that help federal organizations identify where artificial intelligence and machine learning can unlock new operational capabilities, strengthen mission effectiveness, and advance national security. You'll work directly with government stakeholders and technical teams to translate complex technology opportunities into actionable federal programs.

What You'll Do

• Assess federal agency requirements and recommend AI/ML solutions aligned with mission objectives and regulatory compliance
• Design scalable technology strategies that integrate machine learning into existing federal systems and workflows
• Lead cross-functional teams through discovery, prototyping, and deployment phases of AI-driven initiatives
• Evaluate emerging technologies and industry best practices to keep federal clients ahead of evolving operational demands
• Collaborate across defense, intelligence, civilian, and military health portfolios on high-impact technology transformation
• Develop business cases and technical roadmaps that connect AI/ML investments to measurable government outcomes

What We're Looking For

• Demonstrated expertise in AI/ML strategy, architecture, or technical leadership within enterprise environments
• Experience working with federal agencies, government contracting, or mission-critical systems preferred
• Deep knowledge of machine learning applications, data architecture, and responsible AI governance
• Strong communication skills to translate technical concepts for government executives and stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, data science, engineering, mathematics, or related field
• Ability to obtain or current eligibility for federal security clearance
