EY is hiring a Senior Technology Consultant focused on Land & Division Order (L&DO) solutions for the oil and gas sector. This is a full-time position based in Highland Park, Texas, with potential to work across EY's additional energy consulting hubs in Houston, Denver, and Oklahoma City.

About the Role

As a Senior Technology Consultant in EY's Oil & Gas Technology Consulting practice, you'll lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Land & Division Order management systems for major energy companies. This role bridges business strategy and technical delivery, requiring you to translate complex L&DO challenges into scalable technology solutions while managing cross-functional client teams and overseeing project execution.

What You'll Do

• Architect and oversee deployment of L&DO technology platforms, including lease administration, title management, and division order tracking systems
• Lead discovery and requirements-gathering sessions with energy clients to identify technology gaps and opportunities
• Manage end-to-end consulting engagements, from project planning through go-live and optimization
• Provide technical guidance to junior consultants and ensure quality of deliverables
• Evaluate and recommend third-party software solutions and cloud technologies relevant to land and legal operations
• Develop implementation roadmaps, process designs, and change management strategies for oil and gas organizations
• Stay current with industry regulations, market trends, and emerging technologies in energy sector L&DO solutions

What We're Looking For

• 7+ years of consulting experience, with at least 3 years focused on oil and gas technology solutions or land and legal operations
• Deep understanding of Land & Division Order processes, lease management, and title management workflows
• Proven ability to manage large, complex consulting projects and lead client relationships
• Strong background in enterprise software implementation, data management, or business process optimization
• Experience with energy sector ERP systems, land management software, or title management platforms
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across C-suite and operational teams
• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, computer science, or related field
