Life Sciences MedTech Supply Chain, Management Consultant

Accenture Consulting is hiring a Life Sciences MedTech Supply Chain Management Consultant for our Houston office located in Old Sixth Ward. This full-time consulting role focuses on driving operational excellence and supply chain transformation for leading healthcare and medical device organizations.

About the Role

As a consultant specializing in supply chain and operations management within life sciences and medical technology, you'll work with C-suite executives and organizational boards to design and implement transformational improvements. Your strategic focus will span manufacturing optimization, distribution networks, logistics strategy, and operational modernization—all critical to competitive advantage in a highly regulated industry where execution directly impacts patient care.

What You'll Do

• Advise senior executives and boards on supply chain strategy, manufacturing operations, and logistics network optimization
• Conduct diagnostic assessments to identify operational inefficiencies and develop comprehensive improvement roadmaps
• Design solutions for demand planning, inventory optimization, and distribution network redesign across medtech and pharmaceutical sectors
• Develop business cases and financial models demonstrating measurable impact of supply chain transformation initiatives
• Support regulatory compliance and quality assurance initiatives across manufacturing and distribution operations
• Lead cross-functional teams and drive change management throughout complex operational transformations
• Establish performance metrics and governance structures to sustain operational improvements over time

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, operations, engineering, or related field; or equivalent professional consulting experience
• Consulting, supply chain management, or operations optimization experience in life sciences, healthcare, or manufacturing environments
• Solid understanding of medtech and pharmaceutical industry dynamics, supply chain best practices, and regulatory requirements
• Strong analytical capabilities and ability to communicate complex recommendations clearly to senior leadership
• Proven success managing cross-functional teams and driving organizational change
• Willingness to travel as business needs require
