About the Role

As General Manager of our Winona Lake Dairy Queen, you'll take complete ownership of restaurant operations while building and developing a strong team. You'll balance day-to-day execution with long-term business growth, driving profitability and guest satisfaction across all service areas. This hands-on leadership position offers the autonomy and responsibility of running your own business within our established Polly Management framework.

What You'll Do

• Oversee all restaurant operations, including food quality, service standards, and facility maintenance
• Recruit, train, and mentor crew members and shift leaders to build a motivated, high-performing team
• Manage labor scheduling, inventory control, and cost management to maximize profitability
• Monitor financial performance, track KPIs, and implement strategies to meet or exceed targets
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company standards at all times
• Develop leadership talent within your restaurant and prepare crew for advancement opportunities
• Drive sales and customer satisfaction through team engagement and operational excellence
• Lead by example, working alongside your team during peak service hours as needed
