About the Role

You'll oversee compliance verification and onboarding for every healthcare professional that CareerNation places. Your work ensures all placements meet state, federal, and client-specific regulatory requirements while maintaining timely, efficient hiring processes that support both the healthcare industry and the professionals who power it.

What You'll Do

• Verify professional licenses, certifications, and credentials against state and federal databases
• Conduct background checks and screenings aligned with healthcare industry standards
• Review and document regulatory compliance status prior to placement
• Coordinate onboarding timelines to ensure complete credential verification before start dates
• Maintain current knowledge of evolving state and federal healthcare staffing regulations
• Communicate compliance status to internal teams, healthcare employers, and placement candidates
• Audit compliance procedures and recommend process improvements
• Train and support staff on compliance protocols and regulatory requirements

What We're Looking For

• Experience in healthcare compliance, regulatory affairs, or healthcare staffing operations
• Working knowledge of state and federal healthcare licensing and regulatory frameworks
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency with database systems, spreadsheets, and document management platforms
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
