About the Role

As a Personal Lines Insurance Sales Producer, you'll be the front line of our growth strategy. Working with access to over 150 insurance carriers, you'll have the flexibility and tools to craft the right coverage for every client—resulting in higher retention and close rates. This is a hands-on position where you'll build relationships, listen to client needs, and close sales that stick.

What You'll Do

• Meet with prospective and existing clients to understand their insurance needs and goals
• Present tailored personal lines insurance solutions including auto, home, umbrella, and specialty coverage
• Quote policies across a broad carrier network to secure competitive rates and comprehensive protection
• Close sales and onboard new clients efficiently
• Maintain detailed client records and follow up on policy renewals
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service and customer satisfaction
• Meet personal sales targets while contributing to the office's growth objectives

What We're Looking For

• Proven sales experience, preferably in insurance or a related field
• Strong communication and listening skills
• Genuine passion for helping clients find the right coverage
• Ability to learn our products, carriers, and systems quickly
• Organized, detail-oriented approach to client management
• Drive to meet sales goals and contribute to team success
• Valid driver's license and ability to work on-site in Millard
