Great Valley School District is hiring full-time Instructional Aides (CCRES) to support student learning across multiple school locations throughout the United States. About the Role
As a full-time Instructional Aide, you'll work alongside classroom teachers to provide essential academic support that helps students build strong foundational skills. This role is instrumental in creating an inclusive learning environment where every student has the support they need to reach their potential.
What You'll Do
- Deliver academic support and instructional assistance under the direction of the lead classroom teacher
- Work one-on-one and in small groups with students to strengthen organizational skills and study habits
- Support students in developing strategies for academic success and improved classroom engagement
- Assist with classroom materials, documentation, and administrative tasks as directed by teaching staff
- Contribute to a positive, supportive learning environment that encourages student achievement
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with students of varying skill levels
- Strong communication skills and collaborative approach with teaching staff
- Reliability and commitment to supporting student learning goals
- Relevant CCRES certification, training, or eligibility preferred
