Stand Out Home Care is hiring full-time caregivers in Sun Lakes, Arizona, Arizona—and if you're already helping a family member or friend, you can now get paid for that care. Through the Arizona Long Term Care System (ALTCS), Stand Out Home Care connects experienced family caregivers with funding to support individuals who need help with daily living.

About the Role

This full-time position offers compensation for hands-on home care work. You'll provide direct support to clients in their homes across Sun Lakes and the surrounding Maricopa County area, assisting with activities of daily living and building meaningful relationships with the people you serve.

What You'll Do

• Assist with bathing, grooming, and personal hygiene
• Help clients dress, groom, and manage their clothing
• Prepare and serve balanced meals and manage nutrition
• Support safe mobility, including standing assistance and transfers
• Provide social engagement and emotional support to reduce isolation
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable home environment
• Communicate care details with the care team and family members
• Support clients with errands and community activities

What We're Looking For

• Current experience as a family caregiver (preferred)
• Physical ability to perform lifting, standing, and bending
• Patient, compassionate approach to care work
• Reliability and strong attendance
• Willingness to complete ALTCS training and certification
• Valid Arizona driver's license preferred
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with care coordinators
