Anywhere Real Estate seeks a meticulous Coordinator to manage Initial Lender and Title Delivery operations for our remote team. This full-time position supports our Custom House, Orleans Parish office and operates on Pacific Coast hours.
About the Role
You'll serve as a key contributor to our Initial Lender Request operations, ensuring loan documentation flows smoothly from submission through title delivery. Working remotely, you'll be responsible for maintaining accurate records, coordinating with lenders, and delivering comprehensive support to our internal teams. This role requires someone who thrives in a detail-oriented environment and takes pride in precision work.
What You'll Do
- Verify and validate loan information entered into our systems, catching errors before they compound
- Coordinate initial lender submissions and track documentation through each phase
- Manage title delivery workflows, ensuring all required documents are prepared and transmitted accurately
- Maintain organized file records and support loan file data integrity
- Communicate with internal teams and external lenders to resolve document discrepancies
- Process requests with strong attention to compliance and accuracy standards
What We're Looking For
- Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
- Meticulous attention to detail in document-heavy workflows
- Reliable communication and problem-solving capabilities
- Comfort working 8:30am–5:30pm Pacific Coast Time
- Experience with loan processing, title services, or similar lending operations (preferred)
