What You'll Do

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products and making purchasing decisions
• Support and guide teammates on the sales floor, modeling excellent service standards
• Manage inventory including stocking shelves, organizing merchandise, and maintaining store appearance
• Process transactions accurately at the point of sale and handle cash responsibly
• Help newer team members develop skills and confidence in their roles
• Collaborate with store management to achieve operational and sales objectives
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting shopping environment for customers
