About the Role

As an Account Associate for our State Farm independent contractor agency, you'll be the trusted point of contact for our clients, managing their insurance policies and supporting their coverage needs. You'll develop relationships with customers, answer their questions about home, auto, life, and other insurance products, and ensure their accounts run smoothly. This role combines customer service, administrative support, and sales support in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where your efforts directly impact client satisfaction and agency growth.

What You'll Do

• Serve as a primary point of contact for client inquiries, policy questions, and service requests
• Process policy updates, new accounts, and policy renewals accurately and efficiently
• Build lasting relationships with customers and identify opportunities to support their evolving insurance needs
• Support the agent in sales presentations and client meetings
• Maintain detailed client records and ensure compliance with company standards
• Handle administrative tasks including documentation, data entry, and file management
