About the Role
This Graduate Nurse position is designed for recent graduates of State Board of Nursing–approved RN programs who have not yet completed the NCLEX-RN licensing examination. You'll deliver direct patient care under the guidance of experienced Registered Nurses, building clinical competence in a structured, supportive environment while working toward licensure.
What You'll Do
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to assigned patient populations
- Conduct patient assessments, monitor vital signs, and maintain accurate documentation
- Administer treatments and medications under registered nurse supervision
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary clinical teams to support patient outcomes
- Develop evidence-based practice skills and clinical judgment
- Communicate effectively with patients and families about their care
What We're Looking For
- Recent graduate from an accredited registered nursing degree program
- Have not yet taken or passed the NCLEX-RN examination
- Current CPR certification or commitment to obtaining it
- Strong clinical interest and dedication to patient care quality
- Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to a fast-paced hospital environment
- Professional communication and problem-solving skills
