What You'll Do

• Monitor and record patient vital signs, including temperature, blood pressure, pulse, and respiration
• Assist patients with activities of daily living and personal hygiene
• Administer medications and injections under registered nurse supervision
• Document patient care activities and observations in medical records
• Communicate patient status updates to nursing leadership and interdisciplinary teams
• Maintain clean, safe patient environments and equipment standards
• Support infection control and patient safety protocols
• Respond promptly to patient needs and report clinical changes to appropriate staff
