Ent Credit Union is looking for a Full-Time Member Service Representative in Colorado Springs to join our service team across El Paso County. In this role, you'll become a trusted point of contact for credit union members, helping them navigate their financial needs with expertise and care.
About the Role
As a Member Service Representative at Ent Credit Union, you'll work at one of our service centers throughout El Paso County, serving members in a fast-paced, rewarding environment. This full-time position combines direct member interaction with operational excellence, giving you the chance to build relationships while supporting the financial goals of our community.
What You'll Do
- Assist members with account services, transactions, and inquiries regarding our products and services
- Process deposits, withdrawals, and transfers with accuracy and attention to detail
- Address member questions and concerns, resolving issues professionally and promptly
- Open new accounts and guide members through available credit union products
- Handle cash and ensure secure, compliant transaction processing
- Identify member needs and recommend appropriate financial solutions
What We're Looking For
- Genuine customer service orientation and commitment to member satisfaction
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy service environment
- Strong attention to detail in handling financial transactions
- Clear communication skills in both verbal and written interactions
- Availability Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 6:00 pm, with flexible shifts and Saturday hours from 8:30 am to 12:30 pm
- Completion of two weeks of paid training at Ent Credit Union headquarters in Colorado Springs
