Part Time Residential Treatment Therapist

CenterPointe is hiring a Part Time Residential Treatment Therapist in Omaha, Douglas County to join our team providing compassionate mental health and substance use disorder treatment services.

About the Role

As a Part Time Residential Treatment Therapist with CenterPointe, you will deliver direct therapeutic support to individuals in our residential treatment programs who are working toward recovery from mental health and substance use challenges. This position offers flexible part-time scheduling while making a meaningful impact on residents' healing journeys within a collaborative, evidence-based care environment.

What You'll Do

• Provide individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based therapeutic approaches
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clinical teams
• Conduct comprehensive mental health and substance use assessments
• Document client progress, treatment outcomes, and clinical observations
• Support residents in daily living skills and community integration
• Monitor and report on resident psychiatric and behavioral health status
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and care coordination
• Maintain professional therapeutic relationships while upholding ethical standards and confidentiality

What We're Looking For

• Master's degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or related mental health field
• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Licensed Social Worker, or equivalent credential in Nebraska
• Demonstrated experience working in residential treatment, mental health, or substance use disorder settings
• Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills
• Ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds and life experiences
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Commitment to person-centered, trauma-informed care approaches
