Senior Superintendent, Industrial/Manufacturing

We're seeking an experienced leader to oversee complex industrial and manufacturing construction projects, driving safety, quality, and on-time delivery across fast-paced jobsites.

About the Role

As Senior Superintendent for industrial and manufacturing construction, you'll take full operational leadership of assigned projects from mobilization through closeout. You'll manage superintendents, crews, and subcontractors while maintaining alignment with project budgets, schedules, and safety standards. Your role is critical in translating plans into executed work and keeping stakeholders informed throughout the project lifecycle.

What You'll Do

• Direct all on-site construction activities, staffing, and daily operations for industrial and manufacturing facilities
• Enforce safety protocols and maintain zero-incident culture across the jobsite
• Monitor project schedules, track progress, and implement corrective actions to meet milestones
• Manage project budgets and coordinate with accounting on labor, materials, and equipment costs
• Conduct quality inspections, coordinate with clients and engineers on design changes, and resolve field challenges
• Lead team meetings, mentor supervisors and crews, and foster a collaborative, high-performing culture
• Maintain accurate documentation, daily reports, and compliance records

What We're Looking For

• 10+ years of construction superintending experience, with significant background in industrial or manufacturing project delivery
• Proven track record managing large-scale projects with complex scope and tight schedules
• Strong knowledge of heavy civil, mechanical, or industrial construction methods and equipment
• Leadership experience managing teams and fostering accountability and safety
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Current OSHA certification or willingness to obtain
• Valid driver's license and ability to work full time on site
