What You'll Do
- Investigate medical negligence claims through detailed review of medical records and expert consultation
- Develop and execute litigation strategy for complex, high-value medical malpractice cases
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and other legal documents
- Conduct depositions and examine witnesses to build strong cases
- Negotiate settlements and represent clients at trial
- Coordinate with medical experts, investigators, and other legal professionals
- Manage case files, court deadlines, and litigation timelines
What We're Looking For
- Juris Doctor from an accredited law school
- Licensed to practice law in New Jersey or eligible for admission
- Background in medical malpractice law or complex litigation
- Strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy abilities
- Ability to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment
- Commitment to thorough case preparation and client advocacy
