As Sr. Mortgage Loan Originator at RCB Bank, you'll be the trusted point of contact for clients seeking to finance home purchases and refinance existing mortgages. What You'll Do
- Originate residential mortgage loans and cultivate a strong referral network within your community
- Meet with prospective borrowers to assess their financial situation and mortgage needs
- Present loan products, rates, terms, and closing costs in clear, transparent language
- Gather and verify financial documentation to support complete loan applications
- Coordinate with underwriting, processing, and closing teams to move loans efficiently through the pipeline

What We're Looking For
- Valid state mortgage originator license or demonstrated ability to obtain one
- Proven experience originating residential mortgages at a financial institution
