What You'll Do

• Conduct professional loan document signings and witness notarizations at borrower homes and offices
• Verify borrower identities and ensure proper execution of legal documents according to state requirements
• Maintain detailed records of all signings and notarizations performed
• Communicate professionally with lenders, title companies, and clients before, during, and after appointments
• Manage your own schedule and travel to multiple appointments throughout Austin and Travis County each week
• Meet closing deadlines to ensure loan timelines are maintained

• Ability to obtain notary public commission in Texas (training provided by Certified Mobile Notary Service)
• Reliable transportation and valid Texas driver's license
