What You'll Do

• Provide knowledgeable product recommendations for golf clubs, balls, apparel, shoes, and accessories
• Build lasting relationships with customers through personalized service and expert guidance
• Demonstrate products and help customers understand features, benefits, and value
• Manage inventory, maintain product displays, and stay current with new golf equipment and industry trends
• Meet sales targets while maintaining the highest standards of customer service
• Represent the House of Sport brand with professionalism, passion, and positivity

What We're Looking For

• Strong passion for golf and demonstrated knowledge of the sport, equipment, and community
• Proven customer service and sales experience in retail, athletic, or customer-facing environments
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to connect with and inspire diverse customers
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and regularly lift up to 50 pounds
• Commitment to fostering an inclusive and diverse workplace
• Full-time availability for consistent, reliable service
