Senior Marketing Manager- Digital

Fifth Third Bank, N.A. is hiring a Senior Marketing Manager, Digital to lead our digital marketing strategy in Saint Bernard, Hamilton County. In this full-time role, you'll drive customer engagement and growth across our digital channels, reporting directly to leadership while managing marketing initiatives that span acquisition, retention, and customer experience.

About the Role

As Senior Marketing Manager, Digital, you are the strategic architect behind Fifth Third's digital marketing efforts. You'll develop and execute comprehensive, cross-channel campaigns that connect with customers where they are—online and mobile. This role combines strategic planning with hands-on execution, requiring both vision and attention to performance metrics.

What You'll Do

• Design and oversee integrated digital marketing campaigns across email, social media, display, search, and emerging channels
• Manage digital marketing budgets and allocate resources to maximize return on investment and customer acquisition
• Lead and mentor marketing team members, fostering collaboration and driving continuous improvement
• Analyze campaign performance data to inform strategy adjustments and optimize customer engagement
• Partner with product, technology, and customer service teams to align digital marketing with broader business objectives
• Stay current with digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies to keep Fifth Third competitive
• Develop customer personas and positioning strategies that resonate with target audiences
• Oversee marketing technology platforms and digital tools that support campaign execution and reporting

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of digital marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a senior or leadership role
• Proven expertise managing multi-channel digital campaigns and marketing technology platforms
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and drive decisions
• Experience leading and developing marketing teams
• Excellent communication and project management abilities
• Understanding of financial services marketing, banking, or related industries (preferred)
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
