About the Role

We're seeking a dedicated Outpatient Clinician to deliver direct mental health services in our Suffolk office. This part-time position allows you to make a meaningful impact while maintaining schedule flexibility. You'll work with our clinical team to provide high-quality assessment, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions to children, teens, and adults experiencing mental health and behavioral challenges.

What You'll Do

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments and develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions
• Maintain comprehensive clinical documentation and progress notes
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to support holistic care coordination
• Monitor treatment effectiveness and adjust clinical interventions accordingly
• Participate in clinical supervision and professional development opportunities
• Support our mission of reducing mental health stigma in Hampton Roads

What We're Looking For

• Master's degree in Social Work, Clinical Counseling, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related mental health discipline
• Current state licensure or demonstrated eligibility for LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent credential
• Proven experience in outpatient mental health service delivery
• Proficiency in clinical assessment, diagnosis, and evidence-based treatment modalities
• Commitment to trauma-informed practice and cultural competence
• Strong clinical documentation and professional communication skills
• Collaborative spirit and genuine passion for serving vulnerable populations
