We're seeking compassionate, dedicated caregivers for full-time positions serving clients throughout Northern New Jersey with flexible scheduling options including morning, afternoon, evening, and overnight shifts.

As a CHHA on our team, you'll become an integral part of clients' daily lives, providing both essential care services and meaningful human connection.

What You'll Do

• Provide direct personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene support
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and activities of daily living
• Monitor and report on client health status and changes to supervising nurses
• Maintain clean, safe home environments for clients
• Document care activities and maintain accurate client records
• Transport clients to medical appointments and community activities (drivers with vehicles preferred)
• Support clients' emotional well-being through compassionate, respectful interaction

What We're Looking For

• Valid Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) certification
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (highly preferred)
• Proven experience in home care or similar caregiving roles
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and follow care plans precisely
• Compassion, patience, and genuine interest in client welfare
• Reliability and punctuality
• Comfort working flexible schedules including weekends and overnight shifts
