About the Role
This Clinical Instructor and Breast Imaging Fellow position provides focused development in breast imaging practice within the Hollings Cancer Center. You will gain advanced clinical experience in a comprehensive, patient-centered program serving the Charleston region and surrounding communities.
What You'll Do
- Interpret diagnostic mammography, ultrasound, and supplemental breast imaging studies
- Participate in screening and diagnostic patient consultations
- Perform image-guided breast biopsy and interventional procedures
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary oncology teams and participate in tumor board conferences
- Contribute to clinical education of radiology residents and trainees
- Engage in departmental quality initiatives and continuing professional development
What We're Looking For
- MD or DO with completed diagnostic radiology residency
- Strong foundation in breast imaging interpretation and clinical breast pathology
- Demonstrated commitment to excellent patient care and academic engagement
