About the Role

As Key Lead at A&F Stores in Bakersfield, you'll serve as a front-line supervisor on the sales floor, leading our Brand Representatives and Stock Associates toward operational excellence and outstanding customer service. You'll be part of our store leadership team, empowered to drive daily performance, mentor team members, and ensure our Hollister location runs smoothly.

What You'll Do

• Supervise and mentor Brand Representatives and Stock Associates to maintain high standards of customer service and store appearance
• Coach team members on product knowledge, sales techniques, and A&F Stores values
• Oversee floor operations, inventory placement, and visual merchandising standards
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve concerns to enhance their in-store experience
• Monitor team performance and provide constructive feedback to support individual growth
• Collaborate with store management to implement company initiatives and achieve sales goals
• Model company culture and brand standards in every customer interaction

What We're Looking For

• Retail or customer service experience, preferably in a supervisory or leadership capacity
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and coach a diverse team
• Customer-first mindset with a passion for delivering quality service
• Organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with retail operations, point-of-sale systems, and inventory management
• Availability for a part-time schedule that supports our Bakersfield store's business needs
