About the Role

As Assistant Store Manager at our Giddings location in Lee County, you'll partner with the Store Manager to oversee all aspects of store operations, from customer service excellence to inventory management. This is a key leadership role that combines operational oversight, team supervision, and customer-focused decision-making in a dynamic retail setting.

What You'll Do

• Supervise and motivate store team members to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a clean, organized store environment
• Support inventory management, merchandise displays, and stock organization to maximize sales and minimize shrink
• Assist with opening and closing store procedures, including cash handling and register reconciliation
• Monitor store performance, assess staffing needs, and contribute to employee training and development
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and loss prevention procedures
• Support promotions, pricing updates, and visual merchandising initiatives
• Handle customer concerns and resolve issues to maintain satisfaction and loyalty

What We're Looking For

• Retail or customer service experience, preferably in a supervisory or assistant management capacity
• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members
• Organizational and problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced retail environment
• Demonstrated cash handling experience and familiarity with point-of-sale systems
• Reliability and flexibility, including availability for evening, weekend, and holiday shifts
