About the Role

As a Master Automotive Service Technician, you'll lead our service team while performing complex diagnostic and repair work on Honda vehicles. You'll serve as a technical mentor, problem-solver, and innovator—ensuring our shop runs smoothly, customers receive outstanding service, and team members grow their capabilities. This role bridges hands-on expertise with team coordination.

What You'll Do

• Diagnose and repair complex automotive systems with precision and efficiency
• Lead service technicians by example, providing technical guidance and quality oversight
• Mentor less experienced team members and support their professional development
• Collaborate with service advisors to exceed customer expectations and resolve concerns
• Maintain accurate documentation and work orders throughout repair processes
• Stay current with Honda vehicle technology and industry best practices
• Contribute to shop innovations and process improvements that enhance efficiency

What We're Looking For

• Master-level automotive service certification or equivalent proven experience
• Demonstrated expertise in automotive diagnostics and repair across multiple systems
• Strong leadership abilities and commitment to mentoring team members
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Problem-solving mindset with a passion for quality workmanship
• Ability to work in a fast-paced dealership environment
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
