Director of Market Operations – Florida

CPF Dental is hiring a Director of Market Operations to lead operations across our Florida-based dental practice network. This is a full-time position located in Brentwood, overseeing multiple practice locations with travel as business needs require.

About the Role

In this leadership position, you'll oversee day-to-day operations, clinical quality standards, and business performance across a multi-site dental practice footprint. You'll work directly with practice teams to implement systems, optimize workflows, and build a culture of operational excellence that supports clinical outcomes and sustainable business growth.

What You'll Do

• Lead operations across multiple dental practice locations, ensuring consistency in quality, compliance, and patient experience
• Develop and execute operational strategies to improve efficiency, profitability, and team performance
• Manage staffing, scheduling, training, and development across the market
• Oversee financial management, budgeting, and cost control initiatives
• Monitor key performance indicators and drive continuous improvement
• Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain quality standards across all locations
• Build relationships with practice leaders and support their operational success
• Travel regularly between practice locations as operational needs require

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of multi-site operations management experience, ideally in dental or healthcare
• Proven track record leading teams and driving operational improvements
• Strong financial acumen and P&L management experience
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
• Willingness to travel between locations regularly
• Leadership experience in a healthcare or clinical setting preferred
