Security Monitor

Amentum is hiring a Security Monitor to join our team in Springfield, Missouri. In this full-time position, you'll be responsible for coordinating comprehensive security operations while maintaining strict compliance with federal and organizational security protocols for classified information.

About the Role

As a Security Monitor at Amentum, you'll play a critical part in protecting our organization's classified materials and ensuring all personnel security clearances remain current and properly documented. Working in a security-sensitive environment, you'll coordinate across multiple agencies and clearance levels to maintain the integrity of our security posture.

What You'll Do

• Oversee security services spanning document control, personnel clearance administration, and visitor access protocols
• Process and track security clearances at multiple authorization levels across federal and organizational agencies
• Conduct regular inspections and surveys of classified work areas to ensure secure conditions and regulatory compliance
• Maintain comprehensive records and documentation for classified materials and personnel clearance files
• Enforce security procedures and access control policies throughout all operational facilities
• Coordinate security matters with personnel at all organizational levels and external agency partners
