Miracorp is hiring a full-time GSA Facility Manager (51504) in Phoenix, Maricopa County to lead facility operations and ensure the highest standards of safety, compliance, and operational excellence for our federal government contracting services.
About the Role
As a facility manager at Miracorp, you'll oversee all aspects of facility operations in our Phoenix location. This is a hands-on leadership position where you'll manage building systems, coordinate maintenance activities, ensure regulatory compliance, and maintain a safe, productive work environment. You'll work directly with federal guidelines and GSA standards while building strong relationships with vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
What You'll Do
- Direct daily facility operations and building maintenance activities
- Manage facility budgets, costs, and vendor relationships
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
- Oversee building safety, emergency preparedness, and occupational health standards
- Coordinate HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other building systems maintenance
- Manage space allocation, furniture, and equipment inventories
- Interact with GSA and other federal stakeholders as required
- Monitor and report on facility performance metrics and KPIs
What We're Looking For
- Experience in facility management, building operations, or property management
- Working knowledge of federal facility standards and GSA requirements
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Ability to manage budgets and vendor contracts effectively
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Valid driver's license
