MiraCorp is seeking a skilled DHS USSS AutoCAD Specialist to join our team in South Laurel, Prince George's County. If you bring deep drafting expertise and a passion for precision in support of federal infrastructure projects, we want to hear from you.
About the Role
As a DHS USSS AutoCAD Specialist with MiraCorp, you will play a central part in producing accurate technical drawings and mapping documentation that support critical building systems and utility infrastructure. This is a full-time, on-site position based in South Laurel, Prince George's County, supporting work for the Department of Homeland Security and the United States Secret Service.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and revise detailed technical drawings using AutoCAD.
- Apply ESRI GIS systems to support utility mapping and spatial data management.
- Prepare and organize construction documentation to industry and federal standards.
- Translate building systems and engineering requirements into precise drafting deliverables.
- Collaborate with engineering and project teams to ensure documentation accuracy and consistency.
Qualifications
- Must be a U.S. Citizen.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related discipline; comparable technical training and hands-on experience may be considered in place of a degree.
- A minimum of four years of professional experience working with AutoCAD and ESRI GIS platforms.
- Solid working knowledge of utility mapping, building systems, and construction documentation practices.
- Demonstrated proficiency with AutoCAD, ESRI GIS, and associated drafting and design tools.
