Senior Regional Safety Manager

Uline, Inc. seeks a Senior Regional Safety Manager to lead comprehensive safety initiatives across our regional warehouse operations in Bristol, Kenosha County. As a full-time member of our organization, you'll oversee the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of safety programs that protect our employees and establish a standard of excellence in workplace protection across our facilities.

About the Role

In this leadership position, you'll drive a culture of safety accountability by designing and managing regional safety strategies that exceed basic compliance requirements. Your expertise will be critical in building robust programs that foster genuine safety awareness and responsibility among our warehouse teams.

What You'll Do

• Oversee and develop warehouse safety programs across assigned regional facilities
• Create and deliver comprehensive safety training and awareness initiatives for employees
• Investigate safety incidents and near-misses, implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence
• Ensure regulatory compliance with OSHA standards and company safety policies
• Conduct regular safety audits and inspections of warehouse operations
• Collaborate with operations and management teams to integrate safety into daily workflows
• Monitor safety metrics, track trends, and report performance to leadership
• Develop and maintain safety documentation, procedures, and communication materials

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in regional or multi-site safety management, preferably in warehouse or logistics environments
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and workplace safety best practices
• Demonstrated ability to develop and lead safety training programs
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to influence safety culture across teams
