About the Role
As NOC Lead, you'll oversee daily Network Operations Center activities and coordinate enterprise services across the organization. Your leadership will ensure our operations teams meet service level agreements, respond effectively to incidents, and maintain compliance with established IT policies and best practices. You'll work at the intersection of technology and business operations, solving complex infrastructure challenges and driving continuous improvement in our processes.
What You'll Do
- Lead and manage Network Operations Center teams and daily operational activities
- Coordinate across IT departments and external service providers to ensure seamless service delivery
- Develop and enforce NOC processes that align with IT policies and industry best practices
- Oversee incident management, escalation procedures, and resolution workflows
- Monitor system performance and implement operational improvements
- Ensure compliance with security, regulatory, and operational standards
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and align operations strategy
- Document procedures and maintain knowledge bases for team reference
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience leading network operations or enterprise operations teams
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, network monitoring, and systems administration
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate across departments
- Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management experience
- Familiarity with IT service management frameworks and operational best practices
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to make decisions under pressure
- Experience in compliance and policy enforcement within IT environments
