What You'll Do
- Maintain landscaping, including mowing, edging, and seasonal plantings
- Trim trees, shrubs, and hedges to maintain property aesthetics
- Perform routine grounds cleanup, leaf removal, and debris management
- Maintain and repair outdoor amenities such as sidewalks, patios, and common areas
- Operate and maintain landscaping equipment safely and effectively
- Monitor grounds for maintenance needs and report issues promptly
- Ensure compliance with community standards and seasonal upkeep schedules
- Work collaboratively with property management teams across our portfolio
What We're Looking For
- Experience in grounds maintenance, landscaping, or similar outdoor property care
- Proficiency with landscaping tools and equipment
- Physical ability to perform manual labor outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of plants, turf management, and seasonal landscaping practices is a plus
