About This Opportunity

We're partnering with Triage Staffing to place experienced Cath Lab RNs in Fort Wayne, Indiana 46801. This assignment provides 40 hours weekly with day shifts from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, beginning August 25, 2025. The 13-week duration gives you a structured travel nursing experience with predictable scheduling and defined commitment.

What You'll Do

• Deliver direct patient care and hemodynamic monitoring during cardiac catheterization procedures and interventional cardiology cases
• Prepare and maintain the catheterization lab environment, ensuring equipment readiness and sterile technique
• Assist interventional cardiologists and specialists throughout diagnostic and therapeutic procedures
• Monitor patient vital signs, ECG tracings, and clinical responses throughout procedures
• Document procedural details, patient outcomes, and nursing interventions with accuracy and completeness
• Communicate effectively with the interdisciplinary team to optimize patient safety and clinical outcomes
• Adhere to infection control protocols and regulatory standards in the interventional cardiology environment

What We're Looking For

• Current RN license for Indiana or ability to obtain licensure during the assignment
• One to two years of recent catheterization lab or cardiac nursing experience
• Demonstrated competency in cardiac monitoring, hemodynamic assessment, and lab procedures
• Strong clinical judgment and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting
• Professional communication skills and a collaborative approach to team-based care
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications or the ability to obtain them
• Adaptability and enthusiasm for travel nursing assignments
