About the Role

As a Senior Sales Associate, you'll drive revenue growth while building lasting relationships with musicians, teachers, and students. You'll champion our comprehensive lesson programs and represent Music & Arts as a trusted partner in the local music education community across Saint Clair County.

What You'll Do

• Meet and exceed individual sales targets by actively engaging customers and understanding their musical goals
• Develop relationships with school music directors and private instructors to expand lesson program enrollment
• Demonstrate instruments and equipment, offering expert recommendations based on customer needs and skill levels
• Deliver exceptional customer service that builds loyalty and encourages repeat business
• Promote Music & Arts' lesson program offerings as a value-added service to instrument purchasers
• Network within the East Saint Louis music education community to identify growth opportunities
• Support store operations, inventory management, and team performance when needed
