Truck Driver Owner Operator – OTR

Decker Truck Line, a 90-year family-owned carrier based in Skyline, is seeking experienced Owner Operators for full-time over-the-road (OTR) trucking. If you have at least six months of professional driving experience and are ready to build a lasting partnership with a carrier known for consistent freight and transparent operations, we want to work with you.

About the Role

As an Owner Operator with Decker Truck Line, you'll operate your own rig on our established routes and loads. We focus on long-term partnerships that provide stability and predictable work, so you can count on steady freight rather than sporadic opportunities. You'll handle the independent business side while we supply the loads, support, and transparent compensation you deserve.

What You'll Do

• Manage over-the-road trucking operations with consistent freight assignments
• Maintain your equipment to company standards and safety regulations
• Coordinate with dispatch for load planning and route optimization
• Report maintenance needs and manage your operational efficiency

What We're Looking For

• Minimum six months professional truck driving experience
• Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) in good standing
• Clean driving record and willingness to pass required safety screening
• Ownership or ability to secure your own tractor
• Commitment to reliability and professional communication

Earnings & Compensation

Earn up to $220,000 annually through a transparent pay structure designed to reward your experience and efficiency. You'll receive 60% to 72% of linehaul revenue based on your experience level, plus 90% to 100% fuel surcharges. Settlements happen weekly so you maintain steady cash flow for your business.
