About the Role

As an Epic Certified Willow Home Infusion Analyst at Accenture, you'll lead the technical configuration and deployment of Epic's Willow module for home infusion organizations. This full-time role combines hands-on system expertise with strategic consulting to help healthcare providers modernize operations, improve clinical workflows, and enhance patient outcomes through Epic Willow.

What You'll Do

• Configure and optimize Epic Willow home infusion workflows, including clinical documentation, order management, and pharmacy integration
• Conduct gap analysis and design solutions for home infusion-specific business processes
• Provide technical guidance during Epic Willow implementations and system upgrades
• Partner with clinical staff and IT teams to test, validate, and refine Willow configurations
• Troubleshoot complex system issues and implement workflow improvements
• Document configurations, standard operating procedures, and best practices for Willow home infusion

What We're Looking For

• Epic Certification in Willow Home Infusion (required)
• Proven experience implementing or supporting Epic Willow in a healthcare delivery setting
• Strong understanding of home infusion clinical workflows and regulatory requirements
• Technical proficiency with Epic configuration tools and reporting
• Excellent communication and consulting skills to work cross-functionally with clinicians and IT leaders
• Bachelor's degree in Health Information Management, Health Informatics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)
