Motor Works Auto is hiring a full-time Auto Repair Shop Manager to lead and grow our automotive repair operation in Forada, Stearns County. We're looking for an experienced automotive professional with strong management skills, a passion for quality work, and the ability to build and inspire a talented team.

About the Role

As Auto Repair Shop Manager, you'll oversee all daily operations at Motor Works Auto. From scheduling and workflow to quality control and profitability, you'll be responsible for the complete success of the shop. This role combines your automotive expertise with leadership—you'll manage technicians, maintain customer relationships, and drive continuous improvement across all shop functions.

What You'll Do

• Direct shop operations, including scheduling, work order management, and resource allocation
• Lead technicians and support staff, fostering professional development and team accountability
• Maintain high-quality repair and service standards on every vehicle
• Manage parts inventory, vendor relationships, and supplier ordering
• Handle customer communication, address concerns, and build long-term client relationships
• Monitor shop performance metrics and contribute to profitable growth
• Ensure compliance with automotive industry standards and safety protocols
