About the Role
As a Senior Business Analyst for Starlink Enterprise, you'll bridge technical capabilities and business objectives, helping enterprise customers solve complex connectivity challenges. You'll own the analysis, strategy, and execution of key business initiatives that expand our market reach and strengthen customer partnerships in the global satellite broadband sector.
What You'll Do
- Analyze market opportunities and customer needs to develop business cases for new enterprise solutions
- Conduct requirements gathering with cross-functional teams including engineering, product, and sales
- Evaluate operational processes and recommend improvements that enhance efficiency and revenue growth
- Support enterprise customers through solution design, translating technical capabilities into measurable business value
- Use data analysis tools to track key metrics, identify market trends, and inform strategic decisions
- Create detailed reports and presentations for senior leadership and stakeholder review
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to prioritize features based on enterprise customer feedback
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Business Consultant, or similar role in technology or services
- Proven ability to gather requirements, conduct analysis, and communicate findings to diverse audiences
- Experience with process improvement, business case development, and data-driven decision making
- Strong problem-solving skills and comfort working in fast-paced, mission-driven environments
- Proficiency with business analysis tools, spreadsheet applications, and data visualization software
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities and thrive with ambiguity
