About the Role
As a Senior Oracle BRM Professional, you'll take ownership of complex billing and revenue management projects from design through deployment. You'll partner with clients and internal teams to translate business requirements into robust BRM solutions, ensuring systems run smoothly and scale reliably. This role combines hands-on technical expertise with the ability to mentor junior team members and guide strategic billing platform decisions.
What You'll Do
- Design, configure, and implement Oracle Communications BRM solutions tailored to client needs
- Lead requirements gathering sessions and translate business processes into technical specifications
- Troubleshoot, test, and optimize BRM configurations across modules including balance management, rating, and invoicing
- Manage system upgrades, patches, and integrations with third-party platforms
- Develop custom solutions and scripts to extend BRM functionality
- Provide technical documentation, training, and ongoing support to stakeholders
- Collaborate with database administrators, application teams, and infrastructure engineers
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Communications BRM (Billing and Revenue Management)
- Strong proficiency in BRM configuration, customization, and system administration
- Solid understanding of telecom or utility billing concepts and revenue management workflows
- Working knowledge of SQL, XML, and scripting languages
- Experience with Oracle databases and application servers
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
- Track record managing end-to-end implementations or major system upgrades
