Kelly Services is hiring a Talent Supply Chain Consultant for our Houston, Texas office in Old Sixth Ward. In this full-time role, you'll bring expertise in recruitment strategy and talent management to help drive staffing solutions for our clients.

About the Role

As a Talent Supply Chain Consultant with Kelly Services, you'll play a key part in connecting talented professionals with employers who need them. This consulting role focuses on optimizing how we source, manage, and place talent across diverse client needs in the Houston market and beyond.

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute talent sourcing strategies aligned with client business objectives
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and clients to understand staffing requirements
• Analyze labor market trends and supply-demand dynamics to recommend recruitment approaches
• Manage candidate pipelines and optimize the hiring process for speed and quality of hire
• Collaborate with recruiting teams to identify skill gaps and talent gaps in the market
• Provide strategic consulting to clients on talent acquisition challenges and workforce planning
• Track key recruitment metrics and recommend process improvements
• Support client success through proactive communication and ongoing partnership

What We're Looking For

• Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, staffing, or workforce consulting
• Strong understanding of talent markets, sourcing methods, and hiring best practices
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to think strategically and solve complex hiring challenges
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software a plus
• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent professional experience considered
