ASM Research, An Accenture Federal Services Company is hiring a full-time Customer Service Specialist I - Bilingual (Spanish) to join our customer support team in Saint Paul. In this role, you'll deliver responsive support across multiple channels and help customers resolve their needs promptly while maintaining service excellence.

About the Role

As a Customer Service Specialist I - Bilingual (Spanish), you'll be the primary contact for customers reaching out through inbound and outbound calls, email, web chat, and back-office channels. You'll handle a variety of service requests, process transactions, investigate customer concerns, and document every interaction with precision to uphold service level agreements and quality standards. Your fluency in Spanish and English allows you to serve a diverse customer base and remove language barriers in our support operations.

What You'll Do

  • Answer and manage inbound customer calls, emails, and web chat inquiries with professionalism and responsiveness
  • Process customer transactions and fulfill back-office service requests with accuracy
  • Research and troubleshoot customer issues to identify and deliver timely solutions
  • Create complete, detailed documentation of all customer interactions and resolutions
  • Meet daily operational targets and service level agreement commitments
  • Provide bilingual support in Spanish and English to serve diverse customer populations
